The nominee service means ensuring of the staffing of positions of statutory and control bodies in the company of the client. A client who uses the nominee service may be certain of constant supervision of company management. The persons appointed to the bodies of the company act according to the instructions of the real owner. We place emphasis on probity, discretion, confidentiality, reliability and loyalty.

 Appointment of partner in limited liability company:

  • in the case of leasing for 3 months   345 euros
  • in the case of leasing for 6 months   576 euros
  • in the case of leasing for 12 months 936 euros

Appointment of executive, member of boardof directors acting on behalf of the company in the limited liability company:

  • in the case of leasing for 3 months   405 euros
  • in the case of leasing for 6 months   690 euros
  • in the case of leasing for 12 months 936 euros

Member of board of directors, member of supervisoryboard:

  • in the case of leasing for 3 months   288 euros
  • in the case of leasing for 6 months   468 euros
  • in the case of leasing for 12 months 695 euros

Appointment to function and termination:
- according to current company pricelist
Rate for activity according to instructions of client:

- executive/member of the board of directors acting on behalf of the company 34 euros/hour

Every half hour or part thereof is billed.
