The nominee service means ensuring of the staffing of positions of statutory and control bodies in the company of the client. A client who uses the nominee service may be certain of constant supervision of company management. Appointment of partner in limited liability company:

  • in the case of leasing for 3 months 345 euros
  • in the case of leasing for 6 months 576 euros
  • in the case of leasing for 12 months 936 euros

Appointment of executive, member of boardof directors acting on behalf of the company in the limited liability company:

  • in the case of leasing for 3 months 405 euros
  • in the case of leasing for 6 months 690 euros
  • in the case of leasing for 12 months 936 euros

Member of board of directors, member of supervisoryboard:

  • in the case of leasing for 3 months 288 euros
  • in the case of leasing for 6 months 468 euros
  • in the case of leasing for 12 months 695 euros

Appointment to function and termination:
- according to current company pricelist
Rate for activity according to instructions of client:

- executive/member of the board of directors acting on behalf of the company 34 euros/hour

Every half hour or part thereof is billed.
